SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery area
We deliver within Germany and to countries of the European Union. Deliveries to non-EU countries outside Europe are possible by arrangement.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery within Germany usually takes place within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment.
For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Shipping costs

Germany: We offer free shipping on orders over €30.00. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.00.

EU countries: Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process and depend on the destination country.

Non-EU countries: In addition to shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or other charges may apply, over which we have no control. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping service provider
Shipping is generally handled by Deutsche Post DHL Group. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
RETURN
We want you to be completely satisfied with our brushes. Should something not be right, you can of course return your order.

Please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving the goods: habico@t-online.de

Please pack the goods carefully and return them to us.

Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase price and the original shipping costs.
Please note:

You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

The goods must be returned unused and in perfect condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of used brushes.
