Our roots
In 1903, Johann Georg Bieringer founded the brush factory in Bechhofen, in the heart of a region long renowned for its brush-making craft. Over generations, a small workshop developed into a manufactory that today stands worldwide for high-quality artist brushes.
Family-run for generations
For over four generations, the art of brush making remained in the family. Today, the Bieringer family runs the artist brush manufactory in its forth generation – with the same commitment to quality and craftsmanship as over 120 years ago.
