The HABICO type 848 is a classic flat brush with high-quality, processed boar bristles from the Chinese province of Chungking – known for their exceptional elasticity and durability. The special bristle processing results in a soft, smooth application of paint with good paint flow.


This brush is ideal for applying paint over large areas in oil painting and impasto techniques. Its double thickness and 4.5 cm wide working surface allow for even distribution of paint on larger surfaces.


Handcrafted with seamless silver ferrules and long, naturally lacquered handles with blue tips. The proven HABICO quality stands for precision, durability, and artisanal perfection.
